Private Parties


The Red Barn Farm offers a unique and fun-filled experience for birthday parties, family reunions, church groups, athletic teams, fundraisers, schools and events.  Below are details for children’s birthday parties.  For customized events, please call us to discuss your needs and to get a quote. 

$400.00 + tax

20 All Access Passes (children under 5 do not need passes)
Private Party Area and Seating with Shade for 20 or More Guests
2 ½ hours reserved space +30 min pre & post setup and cleanup
Full Access to all Festival Attractions including Mazes, Hayride, Sunflower Patch, Jumbo Jumper
Outside Food and Beverages Permitted
Additional All Access Passes are $20 each

What is not included:
Table covers, paper products, utensils,

The party area will include picnic table seating with umbrellas, quantity dependent on number of attendees
An area for birthday presents will be provided
Picnic tables will be clean but will not have tablecloths.  Feel free to bring table coverings
The festival grounds are laid out so kids can just run and play
Please feel free to bring party favors and decorations but no confetti is permitted
There is no access to electricity

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your party.  This is an outdoor facility.  Weather will happen and although we hope for sunny days every day we will inevitably have windy days and rainy days.  Please understand that you are booking an outdoor event.  If rain/wind is forecasted, due to lack of weather predictability, a “rain call/adjustment” will not be made until the day of the party. In the event of rain, we will first plan to make logistical adjustments timed around any weather events.  If the party date is a complete washout we will work with you to reschedule.  If no dates can be agreed upon, $50 of your deposit will be returned by November 15th.
