Welcome To The Red Barn Farm
Tucked into the heart of Hammonton's Pinelands, The Red Barn Farm is a family-owned farm built around a historic 120-year-old barn. We're a relaxed, all-in-one fall destination for the whole family, and our beloved Sunflower & Fall Festival runs every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from August 29th through November 1st.
Spend the day on our open fairgrounds with the Fritz Grill & Café, friendly farm animals, and games for all ages. We don't charge admission, so walk right in and only pay for the attractions you actually want. August 29 is our grand opening, and the whole farm comes alive for the season! When you're ready for more, add tickets for the giant bounce pillow, hayrides, our massive 10-acre corn maze, and U-pick sunflowers and pumpkins. Grab an All Access Pass for all of it and save!
Hosting something special? Our party barn pavilion and picnic rentals are available this fall for private celebrations and parties!

The Red Barn Farm Sunflower & Fall Festivals
Wander fields of sunflowers, hop the seasonal hayride out to the sunflowers (then the pumpkin patch from Oct 3), jump on the jumbo bounce pad, and get lost in our 10-acre giant corn maze. Settle in with farm-fresh food from Fritz Grill, local beer and spirits, music, and games for all ages, then catch a postcard-worthy sunset to end the day. Family fun every weekend, all season long.
Oktoberfest at The Red Barn Farm (4th Annual)
Raise a stein at our 4th Annual Oktoberfest, two unforgettable days of authentic German food, ice-cold beer, and a live Bavarian band. Test your grip in our stein-holding showdowns, snap a lederhosen photo, and soak up the festive Bavarian spirit with friends and family. Two days only, so grab your tickets early!

Picnic Areas & Party Barn Pavilions are available throughout our fall season.

Every bite at Red Barn Farm is crafted by Fritz Grill & Cafè, our own kitchen and grill, and Penza's Pies, our family bakery & pizza shop. From smash burgers on branded brioche to fresh tomato pies and Oktoberfest plates.
Red Barn Farm's Giant Cornmaze!
Wind your way through 10 acres of twisting trails carved into this year's design: a tribute to the NJ Pinelands. Explore by day, or take on our Flashlight Night Maze after dark for a whole new challenge under the stars. A ticketed adventure, included with the All-Access Pass or available as a single ticket throughout our sunflower and fall fest season.

The mango beer was amazing! So much for the kids to do, including a bounce pad, duck races, lasso cows, corn maze, and they loved the chickens.
