Welcome To The Red Barn Farm
Tucked into the heart of Hammonton’s Pinelands, The Red Barn Farm is a family-owned farm built around a historic 120-year-old barn. We’re a relaxed, all-in-one fall destination for the whole family, and our Fall Festival runs every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through November 1.
Spend the day on our free and open fairgrounds. Bring a lawn chair, hang out with friends and family, let the kids run loose, play farm games, and say hello to our friendly chickens! We don’t charge admission, so walk right in, soak up a true fall day, and only pay for the attractions you actually want.
Eat and drink your way through the day at Fritz Grill, our in-house grill, with smash burgers on branded brioche buns, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, fries, sweet potato fries, Bavarian pretzels, and so much more! Save room for Berries & Bean ice cream, water ice, apple cider donuts. Spellbound Brewing and Blue Rascal Distillery are also on site for guests 21+, pouring every Saturday and Sunday during the season.
When you’re ready for more, add tickets for the Giant Bounce Pillow, the pumpkin-picking hayride, and our 7-acre corn maze, complete with an interactive GPS map to help you find your way out. Stay past dusk on Fridays and Saturdays for the Night Corn Maze, open 7 PM to 10 PM. Grab an All Access Pass to bundle the hayride, corn maze, and bounce pillow in one ticket and save!
Hosting something special? Our party barn pavilion and picnic rentals are available this fall for private celebrations and parties!

Fall Festival at The Red Barn Farm
Grab the family and come out to enjoy the fall festivities. Hop the seasonal hayride out to the pumpkin patch, jump on the jumbo bounce pad, and get lost in our 7-acre giant corn maze. Bring a lawn chair and settle in with farm-fresh food from Fritz Grill, local beer and spirits, music, and games for all ages, then catch a postcard-worthy sunset to end the day.

From birthday parties and reunions to corporate outings and private celebrations, Red Barn Farm offers a laid-back setting with beautiful sunsets, farm charm, and plenty of space to gather, unwind, and enjoy the day. Picnic Areas & Party Barn Pavilions are available throughout our fall season.

Every bite at Red Barn Farm is crafted by Fritz Grill & Cafè, our own kitchen and grill, and Penza's Pies. From smash burgers on bavarian pretzels, sweet potatoe fries, to our very own Jersey Berries & Bean Ice Cream!
Red Barn Farm's Giant Cornmaze!
Wind your way through 7-acres of twisting trails carved into this year's design: a tribute to the NJ Pinelands. Explore by day, or take on our Flashlight Night Maze after dark for a whole new challenge under the stars. A ticketed adventure, included with the All-Access Pass or available as a single ticket throughout our sunflower and fall fest season.
